What is Life-Coaching?

Life Coaching is a highly personal process that entails me as a Life-coach to encourage and counsel you as my client on a range of professional and personal issues.

These issues are only privy to you.  You have an innate intelligence that is constantly trying to guide you to live your truth and I as your Life-coach will use my unique skill-set as a Coach, certified Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner along with counseling and Psychotherapy skills to affect that change that you seek in your life.

I help you unlearn old ways so that you may rewire your brain to find and sustain happiness.  I help you learn how to align with your highest potential, set goals and take action to create massive change by empowering you to harness a growth mindset, arm you with tools and strategies to really be your best in all aspects and facets of your life.

I facilitate this shift in a fraction of the time it takes on your own.  Using a range of therapeutic tools and coaching techniques, I teach you how to break through old habits and beliefs.  I help you unwire the destructive mind programming that is keeping you from feeling fulfilled.

Together, we reprogram and optimize your future using a unique, effective and nurturing framework.  Once your mind is stretched into your own and unique new way of being and behaving, you are unstoppable at creating and living the life you love and deserve.

It's easy to get stuck in indecision; a kind of analysis paralysis mindset that keeps us stuck in fear and hopelessness, unable to move forward to perhaps advance our career, change negative habits, leave a relationship, start a new job, start that fitness routine, overcome depression and other mental and physical illnesses.  What if I told you that the very thing keeping you stuck is the very thing that can liberate you.  That superpower is your Mind.  Your beautiful, intelligent, powerful and all knowing mind knows exactly what is required in your life’s journey.  It also knows how to achieve and attain everything you need to live the most fulfilled and happy life.   Once you learn how to master your mind, you can mastermind the life you seek.

Lets take that journey together.  Let’s start by taking that first step in looking inward and asking why certain things are happening to you.

The first step to creating positive change in our life is to identify and acknowledge the reason/s for our present circumstances, and most times, the reason is linked to our past, including our inner-child, traumatic events, learned patterns, and unresolved conflicts.

My goal as a Life-coach and therapist is to help you discover the "whys" of your current situation. We will work together to explore and uncover the connection between your subconscious mind and your current behavior, examining your though patterns, emotions and relationships through dialogue. I analyze your goals and examine your current circumstances in life and where you envisage yourself to be in the future.  I will then show you how to identify the stumbling blocks to your success, which could include depression, anxiety, addiction, panic attacks, phobia, and self-doubt to name a few. I will coach and equip you with the tools, tips, and strategies you need to overcome these obstacles and create the life you've dreamed of.

A consistent schedule

I encourage consistency as this allows you to track and see your results in a timely manner.   Essentially, I recommend you allow six weeks of one session per week coaching.    After the first six sessions, we will continue with follow-up sessions based on your requirements to help maximize your coaching program.


As a professional, I keep your goals and shared experiences with me private. Although you can share your knowledge from the sessions with others, I do encourage you to stay focused on yourself for the duration of the coaching. As a professional, I am duty-bound to keep your information strictly confidential.

An open communication system

I aim to provide a seamless experience by keeping the channels of communication open between us. This system allows you to share and receive timely feedback. From encouraging you and holding you responsible for your goals to evaluating your homework and sharing your progress, I offer a responsive communication strategy to help you achieve the best from every coaching session.
